We never take quality lightly.
That's why we've teamed up with a local gentleman farmer, literally 2 miles from the shop, to supply us with all of our eggs for the production of Gilda's Biscotti.
The JWG Smith Farm is home to 600 'Rhode Island Reds' that keep thousands of the most beautiful fresh brown eggs flowing to our bakery. There is no comparison to the freshness of the eggs the 'girls' give me each week and we've included a couple of pictures to prove it.
I am proud to know where our eggs are coming from, how the hens are treated and that we've supported a local farmer along the way.
